HEPL is one of the largest die and roll-shell producers in the world, covering more than 25% of global die production. We stock a full range of parts at strategic locations around the globe to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. All non-OEM parts are manufactured to OEM specification and designed to provide the most cost-effective solutions.
1. General Parts
O-rings, fasteners, bearings, liquid filters, lubrication and oils, pumps, motors and gear motors, V-belts and toothed belts, PT-100 sensors, switches, magnets, flexible couplings, ATEX explosion relief systems, nozzles and seals — all built to OEM specification.
2. Grinding
Hammer mill consumables for HEPL and other OEMs — beaters, beater rods, sieves, bushes, lock nuts, wear plates, screen frames/backing and X-rotors. Engineered for high capacity output under the most strenuous demands.
3. Mixing
Mixer paddles, clamp-on mixing arms and wear plates that maintain balance, accuracy, strength and hygiene through the longest production runs.
4. Pelleting
Biomass and feed ring dies, roll shells, feed distributors and plows, feed cones, die support / stiffener rings, knife assemblies, roll-adjusting segments and locking circles — manufactured using premium metals and intense heat-pressure fusion for longer life.
5. Crumbling / Milling
Crumbler rollers and feeder rotors rifled to customer specifications, suitable for crumbling individual cereals, full recipes or pellets of any kind.
6. Conveying
Rotary valves, chains with scrapers and return cups, elevator and drag-conveyor belts, and steel or rubber-surfaced pulleys to keep production moving across your plant.
